1. Overview

HFS Content Manager ("the App") is an internal content-production automation tool operated by the HFS team of Goban Group ("we", "us", "our"). The App manages our own YouTube channel, 전지적 창업시점 (channel ID UCYqPgv7GvamB_5kS-GZWpeg), by automating video uploads, metadata updates, and performance reporting. The App is for internal team use and is not offered to the general public.

2. Google User Data We Access

The App requests the following Google API scopes, applied only to our own organization's Google/YouTube account:

• youtube.upload — upload finished videos to our own channel
• youtube — update metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists) of our own videos
• youtube.readonly — read our own channel's video list and metadata
• yt-analytics.readonly — read our own channel's performance metrics (views, watch time, etc.)

3. How We Use the Data

The data is used solely to (a) upload and manage our own video content, and (b) generate internal performance reports for our content team. We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating our own channel.

4. Storage & Security

OAuth tokens are stored locally on a secured company workstation and are never transmitted to third parties. Access is limited to authorized HFS team operators.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to any third party. Data remains within our internal production environment.

6. Limited Use Disclosure

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Retention

Tokens and fetched metadata are retained only as long as needed for ongoing channel operations and are deleted when no longer required.
